"I wanted to thank you and send you a couple of pictures related to the fund-raising race that my niece Michelle founded before she passed. This was the fifth year of the race and was a recording setting year raising more than $80K for the Melanoma Research Foundation. My family was just thrilled with the ‘Team Michelle’ t-shirt!!!
The lady in the center of the Team Photo is Senator Hall-Long of Delaware who wrote the “Michelle Rigney Act” banning the use of tanning salons for minors. Something that Michelle felt very strongly about. She is presenting a framed version of the Act to Michelle’s mother.
