Sales/Service Rep Job

Holy Shirt! is seeking friendly and reliable individuals who are dedicated to helping customers have a great experience ordering with us. This role is on the front line of our team.  Required traits are:

  • Understanding and caring about satisfying customers

  • Having excellent communication skills

  • Being upbeat, positive, and energetic 

  • Ability to type proficiently/quickly

  • Ability to answer multiple phone lines

 

Responsibilities

As a sales & service rep, you’ll be on the front lines of our excellent customer service. In this customer service role, you’ll be charged with assisting customers by:
  • Phone and Email to convert inquiries into leads & leads in to sales
  • Addressing order-related Questions and Problems
  • Offering guidance on our Website
  • Sharing knowledge about our various Products, Services, & Printing 
  • Communicating the Advantages of "Why Holy Shirt?"
  • Remaining calm under Pressure!
