Your order has been placed.  What’s Next?

Our design team review every aspect of your order to ensure everything will print and embroider to the highest of standards. Every order comes with no charge design optimization, so you never have to worry about exact placement, colors, pixilation, sizing, etc. It is in the best of hands with Holy Shirt!

Step 1: Artwork Creation & Review

Artwork is given to us every way imaginable; from a simple verbal articulation over the phone, to art files sent via email. Once we know what we’re working with, our talented team of in-house designers goes through every aspect to ensure high quality is what you receive.

 Step 2: Customer Approval

After your art is reviewed by us, we send a final proof back to you for your final approval. The proof shows you a general idea of how it’s going to appear on your garment. Bear in mind, as the shirts get bigger, the image appears smaller but this gets you a very good idea of how things will appear when you open your box.  No surprises!

 We will not print a single piece of your order until you approve your final art.

 If, for whatever reason, there’s something about your design you’d like us to modify or change, you can simply submit your changes right in our system. If you want to speak directly to your project’s dedicated designer, you can reach them directly at (315) 445-8193

Step 3: Production Begins

After you approve your final design proof, your order is ready for production. We always print orders ahead of time or on schedule for your guaranteed delivery date. 


We take your existing design to a higher level!

If you have a simple design that you would like to work with, simply send us your rough draft and we'll make changes or add details for you. Common revisions include adding extra colors, shading, fine lines, and more. As always, we will send you a design proof showing the finished artwork, and you will have the final say on whether it is approved for printing.

Whether you are starting out with print-ready or vector artwork, or simply have a specific request for sizing, placement or colors, our designers are experts in creating artwork with even the strictest of guidelines.


What File Formats Are Best For Screenprinting & Embroidery?

Our professional graphic design team can work with pretty much any file format or instruction. While we prefer certain file types in vector format or high-resolution artwork at 600 DPI, it is not a requirement for us to start printing your order.

If you would like to make things quicker, we would always prefer:

.EPS (Vector file)

.AI (Adobe Illustrator/Vector)

.PDF (Portable Document Format)
